Truyoo Privacy Policy

Truyoo recognizes that privacy is important to our users. This policy explains what information Truyoo collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you create a user account or a webmaster account on Truyoo, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name and your e-mail address. When you create a user account, you may also be prompted to provide personal information through Paypal that will help Truyoo verify your identity, such as your credit card information or your Paypal account information. Any information collected through Paypal is subject to the terms of Paypal's privacy policy.

How Truyoo protects your information

Truyoo stores your personal information on U.S.-based computers that are protected with physical and digital security measures. Access to your personal information is granted only to those Truyoo employees who require it to fulfill the responsibilities of their job.

Information sharing

Truyoo releases certain personal information about each user to third-party sites to allow those sites to confirm the user's identity -- but whenever a third-party site requests personal information about a user, Truyoo gets the user's consent before releasing the information to the third party.

For instance, Truyoo will release a user's full name and e-mail address to a third-party site -- but each time a third-party site submits a request for access to the user's personal information, Truyoo prompts the user to enter his/her account password to indicate that he/she consents to the release of the information.

Truyoo also reserves the right to share users' personal information with law enforcement agencies or other parties if compelled by law, or if Truyoo determines that it is necessary to share personal information to prevent physical harm, financial loss, or illegal activity.

How you can review or update your personal information

Truyoo permits you to review all of the personal information that you have submitted to Truyoo, or that third-party sites have supplied to Truyoo. You must be logged into your account to review this information. To prevent fraud, Truyoo does not permit you to edit certain personal information it collects about you, such as your full name.
